Andy Ricker's Pok Pok Wing was the Brooklyn outpost of Andy Ricker's acclaimed Pok Pok Thai restaurant empire, awarded a Michelin star in the 2015 New York City Guide. The restaurant specialized in northern Thai street food and Chiang Mai-style dishes, most famously Ike's Vietnamese fish sauce wings, papaya pok pok, and rotating specials that helped define elevated Thai dining in New York before closing in 2018.
