Animales BBQ Co

Animales BBQ Co. is a Minneapolis barbecue restaurant and live Americana music venue founded by pitmaster Jon Wipfli as a food truck in 2018, now a 12,500-square-foot smokehouse and 300-seat dining hall with nightly free folk, soul, and bluegrass performances. The menu features smoked meats, crab hushpuppies, a turkey BLT, and the signature Jerk Dog, dubbed the official unofficial BBQ of Minnesota.
