Boba Tree is a locally owned Mesa bubble tea shop that has been quietly one of the best in the East Valley since opening in 2017, earning a loyal following for its cheese foam teas and creative menu. The Cheese Jasmine Tea and Cheese Oolong Tea — topped with house-made rock salt cheese foam — are the signature orders and showcase a technique more common to Taiwanese specialty shops than typical Phoenix boba chains. The menu also includes Snow Mountain dessert drinks (Snow Mango, Snow Durian), Crazy Fruit Tea, and a full lineup of classic milk teas with fresh-cooked boba. With a Taiwanese-inspired interior, 9 AM–9 PM daily hours, and a second Mesa location on Alma School Road, Boba Tree is the go-to boba spot for the south Mesa and Chandler-adjacent crowd.
