Boo's Burgers is a Houston smashburger spot founded by self-taught Creole cook Joseph Boudreaux, who built a cult following through pandemic-era pop-ups before opening his first brick-and-mortar at 2510 Navigation Blvd in the East End. The signature Boo's OG features 44 Farms beef, American cheese, spicy pickles, and a smoky house sauce on a buttered challah bun from local bakery Cake and Bacon. With its retro diner aesthetic and deep East Side Houston roots, Boo's has become one of the city's most talked-about burger destinations.
