Chandlers Prime Steaks and Fine Seafood

Chandler's Prime Steaks and Fine Seafood has been a downtown Boise fine dining landmark since opening in Hotel 43 in 1999, founded by restaurateur Rex Chandler with roots going back to a Ketchum location in 1994. The restaurant holds Forbes Travel Guide Recommended status, the only Boise restaurant to achieve this distinction, and has earned Wine Spectator's Best Award of Excellence every year since 2014. Chandler's is known for hand-cut prime steaks, fresh seafood flown in daily from Alaska and Hawaii, and live jazz seven nights a week.
