After winning a Savannah wing cook-off in 2016, Cotton and Rye added its crispy chicken wings to the permanent menu. The kitchen serves wings in rotating flavors built around a spicy honey, sumac, and chipotle morita sauce base, prepared with a dry-rub technique that prioritizes crunch over sauciness.
