Open since 2004 in New Orleans' Uptown district, Creole Creamery is a beloved artisan ice cream parlor founded by David Bergeron and chef Bryan Gilmore inside a historic McKenzie's Bakery space. The shop handcrafts small-batch ice creams and sorbets daily, drawing on New Orleans' culinary heritage for inspiration across more than 400 rotating flavors. It is best known for its legendary Tchoupitoulas sundae — eight scoops with eight toppings — and its classic old-school soda fountain atmosphere.
