Opened in June 2022 by San Antonio native and self-taught chef Christopher Cullum, Cullum's Attaboy is a counter-service brunch restaurant in the Tobin Hill neighborhood blending French bistro classics — including omelets, escargot, and caviar options — with champagne cocktails and a backdrop of live jazz recordings by Cullum's late father, renowned cornetist Jim Cullum. Chef Cullum earned a 2024 James Beard Award finalist nomination for Best Chef: Texas and is listed in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant also won Best Brunch from San Antonio Magazine.
