Dave's Hawaiian Ice Cream

Dave's Hawaiian Ice Cream was founded in 1982 by David Leong, who opened his first shop in Waianae on Oahu's west coast and built the brand around locally inspired flavors made fresh daily on the island. The company crafts over 50 flavors — including ube, lychee, mango, and poha berry — using local ingredients combined with rich cream. Today Dave's is distributed across more than 180 restaurants, grocery stores, and ice cream parlors throughout Hawaii, making it the only ice cream brand produced entirely on Oahu.
