Easy Tyger is an Asian-American gastropub on Milwaukee's Brady Street, opened in 2015 by alumni of Bartolotta Restaurants and the Rumpus Room, blending the culinary heritage of Thai-Namite owners with elevated small-plate cuisine. The menu centers on ramen, steamed bao buns, and creative international small plates prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
