Eebee's Corner Bar is a classic American neighborhood bar in Washington DC's Shaw neighborhood, opened on November 1, 2025 by first-time owner Emily Brown — a hospitality veteran whose initials inspired the name. Brown drew inspiration from iconic bars like Old Ebbitt Grill and McSorley's in New York City, crafting a menu of dry-aged Pat LaFrieda cheeseburgers, shrimp cocktail, and mozzarella sticks paired with affordable cocktails including $13 martinis. The bar quickly became one of DC's most talked-about new openings, drawing 150-person lines and celebrity guests within weeks.
