Elephante

Élephante is a coastal Italian restaurant from the Los Angeles-based Wish You Were Here Group, whose name draws inspiration from the Arco dell'Elefante rock formation on the Italian island of Pantelleria. Opened at Scottsdale Fashion Square, the 12,000-square-foot space features imported travertine tile, wood-fired pizzas, housemade pasta, and an all-Italian wine program. Signature dishes include whipped eggplant with puccia bread, tagliatelle tartufo with fresh truffle, and the iconic pavlova dessert.
