Esther's Kitchen is a seasonal Italian restaurant opened in 2018 by Las Vegas native and 2020 James Beard Award nominee (Best Chef Southwest) James Trees in the city's Arts District. Named for the great-aunt whose inheritance funded Trees's dream, the restaurant has expanded fivefold due to demand and been featured in The New York Times, Time, and Travel & Leisure as a rare destination for serious, locally rooted fine dining off the Strip.
