Flowers of Vietnam is a celebrated Southwest Detroit Vietnamese restaurant founded by George Azar inside a converted Coney Island diner on West Vernor Highway in Detroit's Mexicantown neighborhood. Named one of GQ's Best New Restaurants, the restaurant has been a vanguard of Detroit's dining renaissance, with Azar earning a spot on Zagat's inaugural national '30 Under 30 Rock Stars Redefining the Industry' list.
