Grey Ghost

Grey Ghost Detroit opened in 2016 in the Brush Park neighborhood, founded by twin brothers John and David Vermiglio, chef Joe Giacomino, and beverage director Will Lee — taking its name from a legendary Prohibition-era rum-runner who haunted the Detroit River. The upscale neighborhood steakhouse is celebrated for its craft butchery, refined cocktails poured at a 50-foot bar made from reclaimed bowling alley wood, and a menu rooted in approachable American cuisine.
