Ha Long Bay

Ha Long Bay has served authentic Vietnamese cuisine on Tucson's east side since 2003, founded by an owner who spent years studying regional Vietnamese cooking before bringing those flavors to Arizona. The cozy 66-seat restaurant on Tanque Verde Road is beloved for its pho noodle soups, clay pot fish, and grilled lemongrass pork vermicelli bowls, all made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
