Harriet's Hamburgers is a Charlotte smash-burger institution founded by co-owners Joe Haubenhofer, Brian Stockholm, and Collin Ricks, who set out to perfect America's favorite sandwich using all-natural Angus beef and house-made sauces. Operating out of Optimist Hall, The Bowl at Ballantyne, and a third Charlotte location, their menu stars signatures like The Royale — a double smash patty with "New School" Yellow American cheese and Good Good Sauce on French Milk Bread.
