Hattie B's Hot Chicken brings Nashville's signature spicy fried chicken to Las Vegas at Block 16 Urban Food Hall inside the Cosmopolitan on the Strip. Founded in Nashville in 2012 by father-and-son team Nick Bishop Sr. and Jr., the family-owned chain is celebrated for chicken served across six heat levels, from Southern (no heat) up to the ghost-pepper-fueled Shut the Cluck Up. In 2025, the restaurant received a Recommended designation from the inaugural Michelin Guide to the American South.
