Heritage Smokehouse

Heritage Smokehouse is an award-winning barbecue restaurant on York Road in Baltimore's Govans neighborhood, opened by former Parts & Labor chef and butcher George Marsh. Meats including brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken are smoked low and slow on-site in custom smokers, while the menu also features composed plates like stuffed cabbage, chicken and sausage gumbo, and pierogies alongside cocktails from a tiki-inspired rum bar. The eclectic, locally owned spot is widely regarded as among the best BBQ in the Baltimore area.
