A beloved International District institution that has been packing tables for decades, Jade Garden is the classic Seattle dim sum experience, served from rolling carts in a cavernous dining room. The jumbo prawn dumplings wrapped in chewy rice paper and the pork potstickers, blistered, enormous, and stuffed generously, are standout items. The sheer breadth of the menu spans sticky rice in lotus leaf, taro dumplings, and steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce, covering the full Cantonese canon.
