JINYA Ramen Bar is a Los Angeles-born national chain founded in 2010 by Tomo Takahashi, who drew on his family's Japanese restaurant legacy to bring slow-cooked, broth-forward ramen to American diners. With broths simmered up to 20 hours and noodles aged for three days, the brand has expanded to over 50 locations across the U.S. and Canada and was recognized by Travelers Today as one of the Five Best Ramen Spots in America in 2017.
