Kippo Ramen

Kippo Ramen is an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant founded in Baltimore's Fells Point neighborhood in May 2016 by Shigehiko 'Jacky' Okiebisu, who grew up in Kobe, Japan and came to the U.S. in 1984 inspired by a documentary about the American dream. He named the restaurant after a favorite childhood samurai, and chose Fells Point because its waterfront reminded him of Japan. The menu features traditional Hakata tonkotsu, Sapporo miso, and Paitan Shoyu ramen, alongside sushi rolls, karaage chicken, and takoyaki in a cozy space featuring Japanese films.

Ramen
