Kizaki is an omakase sushi counter in Denver's Platt Park neighborhood opened in 2025 by Chef Toshi Kizaki, co-founder of the iconic Sushi Den, who has shaped Denver's Japanese dining scene since 1984. The nine-seat counter offers a roughly 20-course Edomae-style tasting menu at $225 per person, drawing on globally sourced fish and four decades of mastery. In 2025, Kizaki earned a Michelin Star — making Toshi the oldest sushi chef in the U.S. to receive his first Michelin recognition — and was named one of Esquire's Best New Restaurants in the country.
