La Dama Mexican Kitchen and Bar
La Dama Mexican Kitchen and Bar is a Milwaukee restaurant conceived by chef Emanuel Corona, originally from Puebla and Mexico City, who spent over 20 years at Crazy Water restaurant before co-launching La Dama with restaurant veteran Peggy Magister. Situated in the historic Walker's Point neighborhood, the intimate 11-table restaurant draws its menu from the markets and kitchens of Mexico City, Puebla, and Oaxaca, serving refined dishes alongside an extensive selection of tequilas and mezcals. The restaurant honors the late Magister, whom it credits as a pioneer of the Milwaukee food industry.
