Legend Seafood Restaurant was established in 1990 at Honolulu's Chinatown Cultural Plaza, offering Hong Kong Cantonese-style dining with recipes passed down through generations of the restaurant's chefs. The restaurant operates as a traditional dim sum house by day with circulating carts — known for deep-fried taro puffs, har gow, and joong — and a full-service seafood restaurant by night. Legend won the Top Write-In Vote for Best Chinese in the 2018 Hale Aina Awards and is consistently cited as one of Honolulu's most beloved Chinese dining destinations.
