Market Steer Steakhouse

Market Steer Steakhouse is a fine dining steakhouse in downtown Santa Fe founded by Chef Kathleen Crook — an Artesia, NM native and former world champion rodeo roper — and co-owner Kristina Goode, who named the concept after Crook's 4-H background. The menu features Prime steaks seared in a high-heat broiler, a signature eight-sauce flight, and regionally sourced New Mexican meat and produce, served in a rodeo-chic setting called The Tack Room bar.
