Nudo House is a fast-casual pan-Asian noodle restaurant established in 2017 in Creve Coeur, Missouri, founded by chef Qui Tran and chef Marie-Anne Velasco as the sister concept to St. Louis's pioneering Vietnamese restaurant Mai Lee. The co-owners trained under ramen master Jack Nakamura to develop their tonkotsu ramen program, served alongside Vietnamese pho and banh mi built on family recipes refined over 30 years.
