Launched in 2021 by Brendan Wong, a baker trained at the San Francisco Baking Institute, Origin Baking specializes in naturally leavened sourdough breads and pastries made with organic, high-quality ingredients using classic long-fermentation technique. The Saturday farmers market-style pop-up in Garden Grove has developed a devoted following for its country loaves and morning buns. A production bakery open Saturdays only.
