Pho 14

Opened in 2009 in Washington, D.C.'s Columbia Heights neighborhood, Pho 14 was founded by Tommy Hoang and draws on recipes passed down by his mother Nga Nguyen, a legacy rooted in the family's journey following the Vietnam War. The restaurant was voted Best Pho by the Washington City Paper for three consecutive years (2010, 2011, and 2012) and was ranked in the top 10 nationally for 'Best Eats for the Bucks' by Forbes in 2011.
