Founded in 2008 by owner Aaron Le, Pho 95 Noodle House on South Federal Boulevard in Denver has grown into one of the city's most acclaimed Vietnamese restaurants, known for pho made with choice Angus beef and broth offered in 22 variations. The restaurant was voted Best Vegetarian Meal at a Non-Vegetarian Restaurant in Denver in 2011 and is widely regarded as the Denver metro's best-known purveyor of Vietnamese comfort food.
