Randy's operates out of a small brick building with smokers visible out front, serving takeout-only ribs, chicken, and deviled crabs on a limited weekday schedule until they sell out, which is often before closing. Barbecue connoisseurs have called Randy's ribs some of the best anywhere south of the Savannah River, and the mustard-based Carolina gold sauce is a regional treasure.
