Rodney Scotts BBQ

Pitmaster Rodney Scott opened his first Charleston restaurant in 2017 in partnership with restaurateur Nick Pihakis, and the following year won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast — only the second pitmaster ever to receive a James Beard chef award. Bon Appétit named it one of the 50 Best New Restaurants of 2017.
