ROLi

Opened in summer 2025 by chef Roland Olah and co-owner Angela Grogan, ROLi is a modern European restaurant in New Haven's Wooster Square neighborhood blending Olah's classical French training and Hungarian heritage with seasonal, scratch-made dishes. Within months of opening, ROLi was named a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist in the Best New Restaurant category.
