Sebastian Joe's has been making supreme small-batch ice cream in Minneapolis since 1984, remaining independent and family-run through four decades of local acclaim. The Lowry Hill location at Franklin and Hennepin offers dozens of daring flavors alongside freshly brewed coffee and scratch-made treats. The Oreo and Pavarotti flavors have built a cult following among regulars and visitors alike. A second Linden Hills location serves the south Minneapolis community.
