Shoki Ramen House

Founded in 2007 by chef Yasushi Ueyama and his wife Kathy in Sacramento's Curtis Park neighborhood, Shoki Ramen House is credited as one of Sacramento's pioneering ramen destinations. Chef Ueyama, a trained nutritionist who apprenticed in Kyoto, crafts broths without preservatives or MSG, and the restaurant has operated across multiple Sacramento locations over nearly two decades.
