Showcase BBQ has been a pillar of Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood since owner DJ Drew Allen opened it in 2003. This Black-owned, family-operated smokehouse is celebrated for its mustard-based barbecue sauce and slow-smoked ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, with pitmasters firing up their smokers before dawn daily. It has grown into a local institution widely regarded as one of Pittsburgh's premier BBQ destinations.
