Smiley's Burger Club in Decatur, Georgia, was founded by Ean Bancroft and Ross Winecoff, evolving from a monthly pop-up at Kelly's Market into a permanent walk-up burger shack at 310 East Howard Avenue. The restaurant's double smash cheeseburger won Best Burger at both the 2024 and 2025 Creative Loafing ATL Burger Week, making it a back-to-back champion. Every order comes with a free baseball card, nodding to the restaurant's nostalgic 1950s Americana theme.
