Sobelman's Pub and Grill

Sobelman's Pub & Grill was founded in 1999 by Dave and Melanie Sobelman in a historic 1889 Schlitz tavern at 1900 W. St. Paul Ave. in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley. The restaurant is celebrated for its Black Angus burgers and famously elaborate Bloody Marys, including the Bloody Beast — a $60 cocktail garnished with an entire fried chicken.
