Sovereign Modern Thai Cuisine

Sovereign Modern Thai Cuisine is a San Diego restaurant in the East Village founded by siblings Uthan Dejcomrunkul and Jumi Pitiwartarlai, who grew up in a Chinese-Thai family whose grandmother once cooked at the Royal Palace in Bangkok. The restaurant has been recognized in the Michelin Guide and was featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in December 2022.
