Sparrow and Wolf is a Las Vegas restaurant that opened in 2017 in the city's Chinatown district, founded by Chef Brian Howard, who trained under Thomas Keller and other Michelin-starred chefs during his 20-year Las Vegas career. The restaurant has been named one of the top 10 best restaurants in Las Vegas by USA Today, Forbes Travel Guide, and Condé Nast Traveler, and Chef Howard received a 2024 James Beard Award semifinalist nomination.
