Spicy Boys Fried Chicken

Spicy Boys Fried Chicken launched in 2016 as a food trailer at St. Elmo Brewing Co. in Austin, Texas, created by chef Theodore Bricker as a Thai-Texas mashup concept. The menu centers on Thai-inspired fried chicken sandwiches, including the signature OG sandwich with sweet chili-honey sauce and green papaya relish. The concept has grown to multiple Austin locations across the city.
