The Company Burger opened in summer 2011 on Freret Street in New Orleans, founded by chef Adam Biderman, a New Orleans native who previously cooked at Herbsaint. The restaurant is known for its double-stacked griddle-smashed patties made from exclusively ground Creekstone Farms Black Angus beef, served with house-made buns, pickles, and mayo, and has been a beloved Uptown neighborhood anchor for over a decade.
