The Parlor Dim Sum

The Parlor Dim Sum opened in 2022 in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood at 4401 Butler Street, founded by Hong Kong-born chef Roger Li, who also operates Umami and Nanban. The restaurant grew out of years of pop-up events and focuses on Cantonese dim sum, Cantonese BBQ, and congee, showcasing the high-heat wok technique known as Wok Hei.
