Tribute Pizza

Tribute Pizza was founded by Matt Lyons, who began as a pop-up on Pi Day (March 14) 2013 before opening a brick-and-mortar location in San Diego's North Park neighborhood in 2016 inside a remodeled Art Deco post office. Each pizza on the menu pays homage to a specific pizzeria, style, or legendary figure in pizza history, with Lyons using tomatoes from celebrated Phoenix pizzaiolo Chris Bianco.
