Vittoria Pizzeria is a Neapolitan-inspired pizzeria in Savannah's Starland district founded by chef-owner Kyle Jacovino, who draws on his Italian-American heritage and a baker's approach to naturally leavened dough fermented up to 48 hours and fired in a hand-built Giovanni Acunto brick oven. Food & Wine named Vittoria's pizza the best in Georgia, and the restaurant has been recognized as Savannah's first dedicated Neapolitan pizzeria.
