Apocalypse BBQ

Apocalypse BBQ is a small-batch Miami operation where the wings are slathered in their signature Oro Negro sauce: a sweet and tangy barbecue built on a Cuban-coffee rub and cafecito glaze that is unlike anything else in the city. Supply is intentionally limited, the kitchen makes what it makes, and when it's gone, it's gone. The wings share menu space with outstanding burgers, making this an easy two-order visit.
