Opened March 28, 2025 in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, Shiso is an Asian smokehouse from chef Raheem Sealey and Forward Hospitality Group, fusing Caribbean soul, Japanese technique, and wood-fired BBQ. Sealey previously served as Executive Chef at KYU Miami, which earned a James Beard Best Restaurant nomination in 2017 and a place on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2021.
