Black Sheep Cafe

Black Sheep Cafe opened in 2012 in historic downtown Provo, Utah, founded by Bleu Adams to celebrate her Navajo Nation heritage through contemporary Southwestern Native American cuisine. Chef Mark Daniel Mason blends modern culinary technique with traditional Navajo, Pueblo, and Hopi influences, serving made-from-scratch dishes like Navajo Tacos, Hog Jowl Nachos, and signature Honey Lavender Frybread using locally sourced Utah ingredients and Blue Bird flour family recipes.
