Los Hermanos
Los Hermanos has served award-winning Mexican food in Utah Valley since 1988, when its original owners opened the restaurant in downtown Provo; Craig and Lisa Witham later purchased it and have operated it for over three decades. Signature dishes developed by Craig Witham include sizzling fajitas, seafood enchiladas, pork chile verde, and a beloved house salsa that has won local awards, as well as desserts like the Hot Fudge Tostada and house-made cheese flan. The Daily Herald has repeatedly voted Los Hermanos the Best Mexican Restaurant in Utah County, and after a 2019 fire gutted the original location, the restaurant rebuilt and reopened in Provo's historic Knight Block building.
