Bouchon Las Vegas is Thomas Keller's French bistro, which opened at The Venetian Resort in 2004 and in its first year swept the Las Vegas Life Epicurean Awards, winning Best French, Best New Restaurant on the Strip, and Best Restaurant. Designed by Adam D. Tihany with hand-painted murals, a pewter bar, and mosaic floors evoking a classic Lyon bistro, the restaurant serves seasonal French classics including steak frites, croque madame, and an extensive raw bar. Keller is the only American chef to simultaneously hold two three-star Michelin ratings.
